Windows Media Player cannot play video that has SSO authentication -


i error message, when try play video website.

windows media player cannot play file. player might not support file type or required codec might not installed on computer.

we have link in web page has *.wmv video. when login web application directly, video gets played windows media player.

but when login portal using sso(single sign on) , through load balanced url, above error.

it seems me windows media player cannot authentication details(cookie) browser.

please provide light, if 1 have seen similar issue.
