Open source solution for SIP based video streaming server? -


i need implement sip based video streaming server, can communicate sip cameras sip clients on ios/android.

i'm investigating open source projects opensips , kamailio, want know 1 more suitable application scenario, or there better choice?

i suspect asterisk , freeswitch closer want. ser derivatives, such opensips , kamailio, oriented towards sip signalling , i'm not sure offer video functionality other supporting set of calls use , possibly proxying rtp.

however if purpose connect directly sip based ip camera don't need sip server can place sip call camera directly using softphone such xten, zoiper or 1 of numerous other options out there.
