java - How is the location of the .eclipse folder determined? -


i have 2 drives, c:\ , d:\. while had eclipse installed on d:\, , assumed placed .eclipse folder in d:\users\nobleuplift\ because of that. however, new installation later on c:\ , eclipse still saving .eclipse d:\users\nobleuplift\. why eclipse saving drive should no longer know , how change save .eclipse c:\users\nobleuplift\?
