google apps - Amazon SES and Hotmail spam -


i configured email address google apps company. when send messages gmail address@hotmail.com message received correctly in inbox folder.

when moved amazon ses, configured correctly spf , dkim may work fine. big problem when send ses emails go allways spam folder!!!

this hotmail header of message falled spam folder:

i'm desperate, don't know do! have configured spf , dkim useless! not depends on email content, tried different contents, html/non html nothing ses!!

it's not problem on amazon ses side, microsoft filters flagging message based on multiple variables, headers, content, domain age, etc.

that seems welcome message, best way go instruct user check spam folder , mark message "not junk". , hopefully, microsoft learn multiple user decisions , start delivering messages inbox.

another advice, sending message using phpmailer. header (x-mailer: phpmailer 5.2.6) may triggering flag on microsoft side before getting content.
