windows phone 7 - Save file that doesn't get deleted at unistall -


i want save file on windows phone 8 system doesn't deleted @ unistall.

the file contains data whould restore if app gets reinstalled.

in research found can't write file outside isolated storage. there way on windows phone 8?

the way using web storage method (skydrive, mobile services, azure...) upload data and, when user logs again in app restore web info if not present locally...
