image processing - How to Create Video OCR? -


i working in win form c# application. application grabs images video device (tv/camera or input video file). processed , save in text document.

my question is, "how create digital video ocr ?"

please suggest me tutorial/link/source code.

start tesseract-ocr .net engine ocr part , emgu cv camera methods. luck.

rewrite - Trouble with Wordpress multiple custom querystrings -
