opencv - API availability to track other objects apart from human gesture for Windows Kinect -


apis shipped ms windows kinect sdk program around voice, movement , gesture recognition related humans.

is there open source or commercial apis tracking & recognizing dynamically moving objects vehicles classification.

  1. is feasible , approach of employee kinect automated vehicle classification traditional image processing approaches
  2. even image processing technologies have made remarkable innovations, why automated vehicle classification not used @ of toll collection.
  3. why existing technologies (except rfid approach) failing classify vehicle (i.e, not yet 100% accurate in classifying) or there other reasons apart image processing.

you need use regular image processing suite track objects not supported kinect api. few being:

there no library directly supports depth capabilities of kinect, knowledge. result, using kinect on regular camera of no benefit.

rewrite - Trouble with Wordpress multiple custom querystrings -
