sharepoint - Access Denied Error for Administrator in MOSS 2007 -

i getting following error moss 2007 site although logged in site administrator.

you not have access right , should contact administrator 

kindly me out.

do have right central administration ? if yes, signin central administration ,

click on application management > under site collection section > click on change site collection administrators.

select application url site collections list:

now view primary , secondary site collection administrators application.

if name not listed in there select name , click ok.

now again try access site .
