Asterisk 3 way calling with IVR -


i'm using asterisk 1.4
when agent talks customer , need option of putting call in ivr in agent , customer can listen ivr menu @ same time , customer should send dtmf ivr menus
1 pls tell me in way can achieve

consider dropping both calling , called parties (customer & agent, respective how you're operating) conference call, , then!

...go , originate call (with ami or call file) that's operating new context/extension/proirity , drop originated call conference.

i haven't tested dtmf input call prompt -- but, have played automated messages both calling , called party in conference using technique.

the caveat may both calling , called parties have control of prompt. may or not relevant use case.
