i started study android barely know android library. introduce library can figure out problem?

the reason i'm trying there no available parameter manage shutter speed. exposure image sensor long time found it's not supported firmware.

so planned record video , cut it. then, combine long shutter speed picture.

i don't understand you're trying do. how capturing multiple frames allow simulate different shutter speed. assuming know you're doing, check out this so.

you can start recording time period want, save images files/memory , whatever want frames.
