c# - word 2010 add-in loaded but disabled on windows 7 -


i created word 2010 add-in vs2010 c# on windows xp machine installed installer program. target cpu x86. add-in has button added ribbon bar, which, when clicked, adds content document template. works fine on xp, on windows 7, add-in loaded disabled. viewing add-ins word 2010 shows loaded , checked, still disabled. registry settings identical on xp , windows 7. looking suggestions!
