database - sqlplus connect but sql developer and jdeveloper does not -


today sql developer stop connecting oracle database , jdeveloper either. gives me infamous error message io error: network adapter not establish connection

but when connect throw sql plus, connects normally. disabled firewall still error. yesterday made restore point windows operating system. don't know if has problem. thing remember did.

i working weeks , happened now. how can solve problem? need wokr on jdeveloper , sql developer

oracledbconsoleorcl service not start, caused problem? , how start it

after restaring pc sqlplus not connect , tells me oracle doesnot exist

go start->programs-> {oracle database instance }-> configuration , migration tools -> net configuration assistant

a window open, select first option( listener configuration) click next , select delete , finish.

then again select listener configuration , select add , finish

i don't remember how solved problem. in notes had scribbled below. can try

resolving problem tns server.

  1. delete listener first , create new listener net configuration assistant in start menu
  2. if doesn’t resolve, check if tns service(oracletnslistner) running if service not running, try start other oracle db services , @ last try start tns ser vice.
  3. if tns service starts , stops. set environment orcale_home variable oracle installation folder[ c:\app\user\oracle\product\version..\bin]
  4. check if tns service pointing $oracle_home\bin\tnslrn service of current sid, if not goto registry -> local_machine -> currentcontrolset -> services -> service name-> change path.
  5. start service.
  6. how check if service running or not got net manager->service manager, select sid , click test connection. command line: lsnrctl[enter] lsnrctl>status [gets u status of listener] lsnrctl>start [listener name]

rewrite - Trouble with Wordpress multiple custom querystrings -
