Connecting arduino - serial port unavailable - yellow triangle against port in device manager -


i'm unable connect arduino serial port. serial port option grayed out. device manager shows arduino connected port has yellow triangle sign against it. have tried disconnecting/connecting several times , updating software. how resolve this?

resolved reinstalling driver device manager.
