vim - multiple Vrapper buttons on eclipse toolbar -

shortly after installed vrapper eclispe few plugins vrapper activation button on toolbar started replicate. first there 2 buttons , there's 3. tried remove vrapper , reinstall it, 3 buttons popped immeidately.

any idea do?

that kind of issue more suited issue trackers.
