microdata - Rich Snippet on homepage -


we have embedded rich snippets rental objects rating website. here example:

works fine when listed in google search results.

now want aggregate ratings , post them on homepage homepage gets rating in google search results. did time ago: http://www.google.de/webmasters/tools/richsnippets?q=www.sonnenquartiere.de

we did time ago, result in google search still not being displayed aggregated rating. here example:

https://www.google.de/search?q=boardinghaus+norderney (2nd place here)

is there can working?

one thing did notice markup using schema.org/webpage markup aggregate review rating. search engines seeing schema rating home page. should using aggregate rating schema schema better describes type of business, perhaps in schema.org/lodgingbusiness category.
