i error below on publish azure using web deploy profile downloaded azure website

i using visual studio 2012

this may occur if connecting internet via 3g dongle or card.

i have same error , earlier in warnings "retrying sync because socket error (10054) occurred" i'm stuck on 3g connection today , getting 1st time presume these related.
